our Ginger is packed in gunny bags

Our sliced dried Ginger is washed within one day
after harvesting. The Ginger will then be sliced
in flakes of 5-10 cm in size and dried.
After drying the flakes will be packed for transport.
This post-harvest treatment ensures
that our Ginger adheres to European MRL's and ESA regulations
